You should bring
Walk Highlights
Your certified mindfulness instructor will lead you in this 90 min experience. You will silently and slowly walk through the bushland of Kings Park, introducing you to mindfully spending time in nature. Enjoy a guided meditation under a beautiful, ancient peppermint tree and some individual time getting up close and personal with elements of the ecosystem. You will have time to reflect together on our relationship with the natural environment. Come away feeling calm and ready for the day ahead.
