A Guided Walk Through Time - The History of Kings Park
Hear the stories of the park and its people, from the dreamtime of the traditional owners of the land, the Nyoongar people, to the creation of a park in the wilderness, through to today.
Your Guide will ‘introduce’ you to some of the significant people in the history of the park and the land on which it stands. Learn about the ceremonial role of the park and some of the memorials that provide focus for remembrance of lives lost in conflict. This walk celebrates the living history of the park – past and present.
This walk is part of the Lotterwest Boorloo Heritage Festival 2025.
