Join us to hear stories of the history of the land of Kings Park and its people, from thousands of year ago through to today.
Take a walk with a Guide to hear stories of the Park. Learn about the history of the park’s traditional owners, the Whadjuk Noongar people and the first English settlers.’Meet’ some of the significant people who worked to create a park in the wilderness. Learn of the increased importance over the decades of the ceremonial role of the park and of some of the memorials that provide a focus for remembrance of lives lost. This walk celebrates the living history of our park – past and present!
